For one of our heavier systems platforms we decided on using characters from popular sitcom FRIENDS to lighten the load of content users would need to digest. It created a comedic angle that made the training go much faster, in addition to the video / storyline activities that acted as knowledge checks throughout the course. These interactions included voice overs provided by our team (and myself!) and when developed within RISE and Storyline in-house, allowed the rapid changing in the industry to be adapted to our training quickly and efficiently.
